Our goal is to deliver affordable, accessible healthcare. We aim to get to know our patients and their families and form a dependable, longstanding relationship. When you become a member of Integrity Health Alliance, DPC; your health is our primary focus. You can find true health when we have the time to teach, educate and work through barriers to your health care. We work outside the insurance system allowing us to offer 30-60 minute appointments in person or via phone, email, text or video.
