  • What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
    Direct Primary Care is a model that allows for a true patient and doctor relationship which includes communication, action plans, responsibilities for both, and a common goal of living life in our best health.   • What does the monthly membership covers?
    The monthly membership covers transparent, open access to Dr. Knolle. We're just a call, text, or email away. Integrity Health Alliance are the ones that answer the phone, not an answering service. No more middleman. Direct service. Direct answers. Direct health. Pretty sweet. Also, your monthly membership allows for discounted medications, discounted labs and discounted imaging.
  • Will my insurance cover my visit?
    Nope. Integrity Health Alliance is a direct primary care practice that is a membership-based service. You are welcome, on your own, to file your bill with the insurance or Medicare company.
  • Can I use my HSA, HRA, or FSA to cover membership costs?
    Unfortunately, as with anything else, politics has muddied the water; the IRS hasn’t acknowledged clearly that Direct Primary Care is a healthcare service (and not a form of insurance), which has muddied the waters when it comes to utilizing HSA/HRA/FSA funds to cover DPC memberships. The best advice may come from your financial advisor and/or human resources representative, regarding these matters. There are proposed bills in the US House and Senate (the Primary Care Enhancement Act, H.R.6015 and S.1989) that would help to clarify these issues.   • Can I get a same-day appointment?
    Life happens, it can happen quickly. We are like an urgent care, but as a Direct Primary Care, we know your health history. We strive to see our members with acute (new or pressing onset) issues as quickly as possible; ~ 24-48 hours.
  • What if I am healthy and rarely go to the doctor?
    Amazing work! That is the goal, so job well done! We will focus on keeping you healthy and prevent illness. Sometimes, however; you need medical care. It could be stitches, an antibiotic, or just have a quick question to run by a doctor. An urgent care visit for those stitches or antibiotic costs! What happens if you have a question for a doctor? Good luck getting an answer any time soon the normal way. As a member, Dr. Knolle is just a phone call/text/email away. Yes, it's that easy and convenient.
