Reyna is a Registered Nurse and Functional Health Coach with a Christ-centered approach to integrative wellness. After taking accountability for her own cycles of self-sabotage, under-eating, and burnout, she experienced transformation through Jesus and developed her Rooted in Real Life framework—teaching that wellness is fluid, not linear, and built through education, discipline, and grace.

 

At Integrity Health Alliance, Reyna helps integrate functional nutrition, IV therapy, and targeted supplementation into individualized care plans. Her mission is to equip clients to take authority over their health, remain rooted in faith, and live with consistency and wholeness.
